These Terms govern your use of the OPENDERM website and your purchase of OPENDERM products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Professional-use products

OPENDERM chemical peels and related actives are professional-use products intended for trained dermatologists, clinicians and skin practitioners. They are not for unsupervised consumer use. By ordering, you confirm you are a qualified practitioner or an authorised clinic, and that you will use the products in line with the supplied protocols, performing patch tests and following all safety guidance.

2. No medical advice

Information on this site (including indications, protocols and concentrations) is provided for professional reference only and does not constitute medical advice. Practitioners are responsible for assessing suitability for each patient.

3. Products, pricing & availability

We aim to describe products and prices accurately, but content on this site is presently illustrative and may change without notice. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may be revised. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or decline orders at our discretion.

4. Orders

An order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only when we confirm and dispatch it. We may verify practitioner/clinic status before fulfilling orders.

5. Intellectual property

The OPENDERM name, logo, text, design, imagery and content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPENDERM is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes arising from improper use of products contrary to the supplied protocols. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
