Neutralise

Neutralisation required.

Spray neutraliser evenly and leave one minute before rinsing. Keep it within reach before the first coat goes on.

Protocol

5 steps. Written for the practitioner.

01

Prep

Cleanse with soap and water and degrease. Patch test 24 h before the first session.

02

Apply

One even coat by brush, forehead down to the neck. Lay the whole coat in under 20 seconds so the field times together.

03

Dwell

30 seconds to 3 minutes by skin sensitivity. Start at the lower bound on a first session and read the skin, not the clock.

04

Neutralise

Spray the neutraliser evenly, leave one minute, then rinse thoroughly.

05

Aftercare

Sunscreen and moisturiser twice daily for 7 days. The film darkens and lifts on its own — do not let the patient pick or scrub it.

Suitability

Where it doesn't fit.

  • Active dermatitis, eczema or broken skin
  • Oral isotretinoin within the last 6 months
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding (defer)
